1.       All chair covers and sashes remain the property of The wedding project Limited.

2.      The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to covers and sashes whilst on loan up until their satisfactory return.

3.      A non returnable deposit of £75 must be received to secure your date and returned with a signed booking form which includes our terms and conditions. Written confirmation will be supplied for all bookings.

4.      Full payment must be made 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

5.      A damage protection deposit will also be required 4 weeks prior, in the form of a cheque for £100. This will be returned un-cashed on return of the chair covers and sashes in a satisfactory condition. A charge of £10.00 will be deducted for each unreturned or damaged* chair cover and £2.00 for each unreturned or damaged* sash.

6.      The owners will not be held responsible for injury or damage to persons or property however sustained from articles hired.

7.      A minimum order equivalent to 50 covers and sashes applies to all bookings.
